Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale, connected Anaplan planning solutions
- Translate complex business problems, legacy tools, and spreadsheets into scalable, multi-dimensional Anaplan models
- Define solution architecture, data flows, and model design standards aligned with Anaplan best practices
- Develop implementation roadmaps and high-level solution strategies
Requirements & Delivery Execution
- Gather and analyze business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Sales planning functions
- Design, build, and optimize Anaplan models to support planning, forecasting, and reporting needs
- Enhance and extend existing models to support new functionality and evolving business requirements
- Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
Data Integration & Modeling
- Design and support data integration solutions (inbound and outbound) between Anaplan and source systems
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across models and integrations
- Apply strong financial and operational modeling principles to support decision-making
Project & Team Leadership
- Lead project workstreams and manage team members to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on Anaplan modeling and best practices
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development within the Anaplan practice
Practice Development & Sales Support
- Support business development efforts, including solutioning, estimating, and proposal development
- Participate in client presentations, demos, and statements of work (SOW) creation
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, accelerators, and intellectual property
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect
- 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end Anaplan implementations
- Strong expertise in Anaplan model building and architecture
- Experience in one or more functional areas:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Sales Planning
- Supply Chain Planning (S&OP)
- Demonstrated experience with full implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy), preferably using Agile methodologies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and tools
- Ability to decompose complex business, financial, and technical concepts into scalable solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead team members effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Anaplan certifications (e.g., Certified Model Builder, Solution Architect, Master Anaplanner)
- Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) or data platforms
- Experience with enterprise planning transformations across Finance and/or Supply Chain
- Experience contributing to pre-sales, proposals, and practice development initiatives
Compensation
Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $140,000-240,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
