Job summary

Newlineinfo Corp - IT Services and IT Consulting seeks an experienced Anaplan Expert to lead architecture and development of enterprise models. You will drive end-to-end solutions, ensure best practices, and optimize data integrations using ADO and Polaris within a collaborative, agile environment.

The role requires hands-on modeling across FP&A, Sales, Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning, and frequent coordination with stakeholders. Travel to Dallas quarterly is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience.
• Certified Level 3 Model Builder or higher.
• Strong experience with Polaris Calculation Engine.
• Experience designing and building solutions using Anaplan New UX (dashboards, pages, apps).
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO) for data integration and transformation.
• Proven experience designing multi-functional Anaplan models across FP&A, Sales, Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data integrations and multi-model architecture.
• Must be able to work 8 AM – 5 PM CST.
• Ability to travel quarterly to Dallas, TX (expenses paid).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be hands-on.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to articulate modeling logic clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for new and existing Anaplan models.
• Define and enforce Anaplan modeling best practices, data structures, and integrations.
• Create sustainable, scalable, and flexible model architectures aligned with business strategy.
• Design scalable enterprise solutions leveraging Polaris for performance optimization.
• Architect data orchestration strategies using ADO and other integration tools.
• Oversee and/or develop Anaplan models, modules, lists, dashboards (New UX), and data flows.
• Build intuitive and user-friendly New UX dashboards aligned with business requirements.
• Partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure models are deployed efficiently and maintained effectively.
• Manage the model lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and enhance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate in 2-week sprint cycles.
