Job summary

SHI International Corp is seeking an Anaplan Solutions Architect & Model Builder to join its HR Insights team. This full-time role will define requirements, design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan models, leading delivery of Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota modules for SHI end-users.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate Excel models into dynamic Anaplan solutions and manage upgrades, integrations, and stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3+ years of Anaplan Model Builder experience required.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder Certification required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and evaluate business requirements with stakeholders to ensure model design reflects needs.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions and models.
• Create and maintain UI and reporting dashboards for admins and end-users.
• Translate Excel models into connected Anaplan models shared across the org.
• Drive upgrades, integrations, and new Anaplan implementations.
• Configure lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and model settings.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve end-user issues.
• Own Anaplan requirements backlog, architecture, and access management.
• Coordinate Change Management material with L&D teams for Incentive Compensation updates.
