Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Anaplan Solutions Architect & Model Builder to join our HR Insights team in New Jersey.

This full-time role will lead requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment of Anaplan models, including Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota models, for SHI end-users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert Excel models into integrated Anaplan solutions, manage backlog, and ensure successful implementations, upgrades, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Build and evaluate business requirements and consult with stakeholders to ensure model design reflects business needs.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions.
• Build and modify existing models as part of a connected solution or to add new functionality.
• Create and maintain reporting analysis dashboards and UI dashboards for administrators and end-users.
• Translate existing Excel models into dynamic Anaplan models shared across the organization.
• Drive new or enhanced Anaplan implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
