Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Anaplan Senior Consultant to lead and deliver Anaplan-based planning solutions for financial services clients.

The role focuses on modeling, data integration, and performance optimization while guiding end users through training and best practices. The candidate will design multi-dimensional Anaplan models, translate Excel models to Anaplan, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex requirements.

Looking for candidates with Allocation, Assortment Planning, Demand Planning/Forecasting.

• Candidate with strong ANAPLAN implementation experience and can work independently with customer implementing the platform and automate the things.
• Anaplan Senior Consultant will design, build, and deliver Anaplan-based solutions to implement a planning process for our clients.

Requirements :

• Lead and oversee Anaplan implementation projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivering high-quality solutions for financial services clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, analyze complex financial processes, and design efficient Anaplan models that meet their needs.
• Provide strategic guidance and expert-level support to optimize existing Anaplan models and applications, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients' end-users, along with creating detailed documentation to facilitate efficient Anaplan utilization.
• 6-8 years of Anaplan experience (with exposure to a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan)
• Multi-dimensional model design in Anaplan
• Ability to optimize the Anaplan Models for performance.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder (at least L3 level certified)
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling.
• FPA Driver based Planning Budgeting Forecasting, Long Range Planning, ZBB, Cost Allocations, Consolidations, Capex Planning
• Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies.
• Strong understanding of Data Integrations
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Superior written and oral communication skills are essential.
• A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Skills :

• Understanding clients business processes and business requirements
• Translating requirements into functional requirements and user stories
• Design and build Anaplan application models to support planning processes
• Build and develop Anaplan modules and list based on the model blueprint
• Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other models settings to meet business needs
• Transform and implement multi-dimensional structures to support business processes
• Implement a high-quality blueprint using best practices
• Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan
• Provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processes
• Good Project Management / Project Leading skills
• Have hands-on knowledge of Data modeling, Data loading, and Data Integration
