The Role

This is a foundational role within a small, high-impact team at the center of the company’s AI transformation.

As a Senior Data Partner, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, research, and AI working on ambiguous, high-stakes problems where data is messy, incomplete, and often unstructured.

Your mandate is to turn that data into something usable, reliable, and scalable.

This is not a conventional data role. The work begins scrappy and exploratory, then evolves into structured systems as patterns emerge. You’ll help define what “good” looks like and build the path to get there.

What You’ll Do

• Translate ambiguous research questions into concrete data systems and workflows
• Work with unstructured data (documents, text, external sources) and transform it into structured, usable datasets
• Design and implement validation and benchmarking frameworks for AI/LLM systems
• Define data correctness and build processes to ensure quality over time
• Identify repeatable patterns and evolve one-off analyses into scalable systems
• Make pragmatic decisions around manual vs automated approaches
• Partner closely with engineers, researchers, and senior stakeholders on critical initiatives
