Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Analytics Solutions Manager within Wholesale Lending Service Data & Analytics to drive operational excellence through advanced analytics and BI solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making with robust data analysis.

You will lead the development of predictive models and dashboards, communicating findings to senior leadership and guiding data-driven transformation across lending

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on data analytics experience in financial services or lending operations.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx).
• Apply machine learning techniques and operational analytics to business challenges.
• Solve complex problems and deliver succinct, actionable insights.
• Communicate effectively with executive audiences, presenting complex data clearly.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale operational datasets to identify trends and inefficiencies.
