What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Co-develop and execute plans leveraging employer solutions to enable revenue growth with the assigned client base
- Provide analytical consulting expertise through client data to understand analytical needs for solution sales and implementation
- Create impactful proposals, presentations, and internal business plans that demonstrate the value of analytical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce customer-facing presentations and materials
- Consult with clients on methods of maximizing profit through optimization of data and analytics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, including credit risk analytics and strategy development
- 5+ years of experience with credit risk scoring, data attribution, and credit lifecycle management
- 5+ years of experience presenting analysis findings to internal stakeholders or clients
- 5+ years of experience synthesizing in-depth analyses into impactful customer-facing presentations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working at or within Credit Unions, Banks, or other consumer lenders/financial institutions
- MBA or Graduate degree in a relevant field
- Client-facing sales and/or consulting experience
- Experience using SAS/R/Python/SQL or other industry-standard statistical software
