Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior analyst to lead the Analytics, Research, and Mapping (ARM) program within its Global Real Estate & Facilities organization. • Lead and execute the Analytics, Research, and Mapping (ARM) program within Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities organization
• Own a bespoke research and insights program as strategic advisor and hands-on producer
• Create executive-level insights and recommendations and deliver analytical outputs supporting data-driven decision-making
• Hone and execute a holistic research and insights program in collaboration with JLL Research, Consulting, Marketing, and regional business stakeholders
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior client leadership, translating complex themes into clear, compelling, and predictive insights
• Produce commute studies, portfolio maps, demographic analyses, and site-level research supporting portfolio strategy and transactions
• Lead predefined and ad hoc research requests while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks
• Communicate insights through reporting and advanced data visualization tools, including JLL proprietary technologies and GIS platforms
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to manage research intake, prioritization, and delivery timelines
• Maintain accountability for accuracy and quality of deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, urban planning, real estate, or related field
• 7+ years in commercial real estate research, consulting, or closely related field
• Industrial or office sector experience strongly preferred
• Ability to operate as both strategic leader and hands-on producer and own the full lifecycle from executive presentation through deliverable production
• Strong analytical and quantitative skillset; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Dynamic presentation skills and executive presence; experience engaging senior leaders with insight-driven content
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
• Command of commercial real estate fundamentals and ability to translate knowledge into forward-looking recommendations
• GIS experience (MapIT, ArcGIS, or similar platforms) preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization preferred
• Comfort leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies preferred
• Experience maintaining deep knowledge of macro and micro factors affecting corporate real estate preferred
• Track record of building strong relationships across complex client organizations and internal networks preferred
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
