Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, BI, analytics or related fields
• Define business problems and translate into actionable product requirements
• Develop product roadmaps and support analytics product delivery
• Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption across business and tech teams
• Define product outcomes, adoption metrics, and business impact

Responsibilities

• Own analytics product strategy and adoption delivering measurable business outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and use cases
• Translate needs into product requirements, stories, and backlog items
• Define business problems, users, value, and decisions supported for investments
• Develop roadmaps and coordinate across analytics, data, eng, and business teams
• Drive alignment, adoption planning, communications, and launch readiness
• Define success metrics, monitor usage, and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare narratives, updates, and materials for senior stakeholders
