Select Water Solutions is seeking an Analyst to provide financial and analytical support to operations management at the corporate level. You will contribute to periodic reporting, KPI metrics, and pricing analytics while working with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, developing new reports, and presenting findings to executives. 2–4 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred; Excel proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and analytical support to operations management at corporate level.
• Prepare periodic reporting including KPI reporting, quarterly business reviews, and financial/operational reporting.
• Design and implement new reports and improve existing systems.
• Prepare workpapers and summarize findings with presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.
