Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Analytics and Insights Engineer III to advance AI & Data platforms for federal healthcare. You will conduct research, translate Medicare policy into ML solutions, and deploy scalable predictive models.

You will develop production-grade Python pipelines and collaborate with engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to ensure auditability and knowledge transfer. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a quantitative field (as listed)
• 2+ years building and deploying data science or ML solutions
• 2+ years conducting research using statistics, data science, and ML
• 15–20% travel, depending on client/work
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D using programming, statistics, and machine learning in federal healthcare space
• Translate Medicare policy into statistical/ML approaches for production models
• Build, validate, tune, and deploy predictive models with attention to bias and performance
• Develop production-quality Python code and ML pipelines that are scalable for large data volumes
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, SMEs, and government stakeholders to communicate model performance and ensure auditability
