Ruder Finn is seeking a sharp, proactive, and bilingual Analytics Manager to join its award-winning Emerging Technology & Analytics team. This ideal candidate will lead social and media monitoring efforts for a portfolio of accounts. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for tracking brand reputation, identifying emerging issues, and providing real-time reporting during high-stakes moments. You’ll also be a strong communicator, confident in presenting to clients and collaborating across internal teams to ensure insights inform action.

Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Insights
Own real-time social and traditional media monitoring for our client, including tracking brand reputation, sentiment, trends, and emerging narratives
Conduct ongoing crisis monitoring during issues management or breaking news, providing timely insights and reports to stakeholders
Develop daily, weekly, and ad hoc monitoring reports and executive summaries
Client Communication
Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for assigned clients
Present findings clearly and concisely to clients in both English and Spanish
Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making and communications strategy
Internal Collaboration
Partner with account, strategy, and creative teams to ensure data insights shape content and campaign decisions
Advise internal teams during crises or sensitive moments with insight-driven recommendations
Support the development of dashboards, alerts, and best practices for media monitoring
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in analytics, media intelligence, or social listening—preferably in an agency or fast-paced communications environment
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal), with experience supporting Spanish-speaking markets or clients
Deep familiarity with tools such as Talkwalker, Cision, Critical Mention, and others
Experience in crisis monitoring, including rapid analysis and executive-level reporting
Comfortable presenting to clients and senior leadership
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project ownership
Strong writing and synthesis skills for reporting and messaging purposes
Understanding of earned media metrics, PR measurement frameworks
Experience supporting clients in regulated or high-visibility industries

The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $75,000 – $100,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications.
