Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Brooklyn seeks an Analytics Manager to lead marketing analytics and media optimization. You will guide data analysts focused on performance, attribution, and optimization across multiple media channels.

The role builds media mix models, designs tests, and develops ETL workflows to integrate data from media platforms, intake systems, and TV spend. You will forecast key metrics, create dashboards for marketing, finance, and executives, and align KPIs with campaign goals.

Duties:

• Guide data analysts focused on marketing performance, attribution, and optimization across multiple media channels; develop and refine media mix models using open-source and proprietary frameworks to assess media contribution and guide budget allocation; conduct testing and experiment design to isolate the causal impact of specific campaigns or media types; build and maintain automated ETL pipelines and workflows to integrate data from media platforms, intake systems, and TV spend platforms; manage the intake, transformation, and validation of media, spend, and case data from multiple sources to ensure accurate performance reporting; develop forecasting models for key performance metrics such as CPI, lead volume, and conversion rates; create dashboards to communicate insights to marketing, finance, and executive stakeholders; partner with Media and Finance teams to ensure alignment on performance KPIs, campaign goals, and media planning; and monitor data pipelines and model performance, iterate based on campaign outcomes and evolving media mix.

Job Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Science, Statistics, or Financial Management, plus 2 years of experience in a data analyst position, and 2 years using Python, R-Studio, Sisense Cloud Data, PowerBI, and Tableau.

Salary Range:

• Salary Offered: $100,000 to $119,000 per year; telecommuting permitted.
• Salary Range $100,000 - $119,000 USD
