Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, measurement, reporting, or related fields.
• 3+ years supporting digital, paid media, PR, or integrated measurement.
• Experience developing measurement frameworks and turning data into recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop measurement strategies and KPIs for clients.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting initiatives.
• Translate data into actionable insights for executives and teams.
• Guide analytics discovery conversations and client communications.
• Improve reporting methods and analytics capabilities over time.
