Job summary

Subway Group in Miami seeks an experienced Analytics & Reporting Specialist to develop, implement, and execute standardized reporting and ad hoc analytics to support franchisee profitability and global operations.

You will collaborate with Business and Analytics team leaders on data projects and coach team members to advance analytical skills. The base pay range is $105,000–$131,350 annually, with competitive bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
Strong analytic skills and experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal experience.
Experience with BI reporting and dashboard development using Tableau.
Strong SQL development/scripting (Amazon Redshift preferred).
Ability to work independently.
Experience gathering requirements from business teams and turning them into reports.
Experience building workflows in Alteryx.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

Independently designs and manages analyses from start to finish, including meetings with requestors to define the analysis and manage timing.
Analyze and present actionable results.
Interact with partners in business and IT.
Conduct ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested.
Act as strategic consultant to help interpret data for informed decisions.
