Farmers Insurance seeks a Senior Data Analytics Lead to direct a team responsible for data analysis, reporting, and advanced modeling. You will partner with business leaders to turn data into actionable insights and guide decision-making through reports, dashboards, and statistical methods.

The role requires managing ad-hoc requests, prioritizing work, and driving process improvements while delivering high-quality analytics to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; high school diploma acceptable as fallback.
• Possesses or actively pursuing insurance designation.
• Minimum 5 years experience in data analytics, qualitative analysis, process improvement, and project management.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with predictive modeling, data extraction, relational databases, and query tools preferred.
• Preferred stack includes Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of business and data analysts.
• Manages intake, triage, and assignment of analysis requests; communicates with internal customers.
• Delivers or facilitates training to improve team skills.
• Coordinates projects from conception to deployment.
• Presents analysis results to leadership with clear statistical explanations.
• Drives process improvements and measures project value.
