Ideal candidates will drive new reporting, KPI development, and scalable processes across the portfolio with a strong background in finance, data mining, and real estate analytics.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of successful experience in an equivalent role.
• Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and reporting systems.
• High level of analytical and problem solving ability where problems are unusual and complex.
• Experience in financial modeling, data mining, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support, develop and manage a team of Business Analysts responsible for supporting the operation with analysis of key business functions.
• Develop reporting packages and KPIs; build-out new processes.
• Aggregate and validate data from multiple source systems to develop operational models and provide recommendations.
