Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager of Financial Analytics to lead sophisticated financial models and analytics for occupier and landlord clients across multiple markets in the United States.

The role balances hands-on analysis with developing financial resources and governance, partnering with brokers, account leadership, and transaction teams to quantify real estate decisions and leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Accounting is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience are essential.
• Experience leading real estate financial analyses for occupiers/tenants.
• Familiarity with ProCalc or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as financial analytics leader for multi-market occupier and broker client engagements.
• Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client decisions and KPIs.
• Translate client objectives into scalable analytics solutions and standardized methodologies.
• Lead development of models evaluating leasehold interests and real estate alternatives.
• Deliver actionable insights to support occupancy strategy and portfolio optimization.
