Our development programs are also delivering thousands of new rental homes and apartments as part of our commitment to help solve the housing supply shortage.Job DescriptionThe Manager, Business Analytics will be based in our headquarters office located in Tustin, California, serving as support across all centralized departments, regional management, and other cross-functional teams as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to create robust operational and financial models from scratch, with the ability to translate and communicate the results into actionable items. As part of a rapidly growing company and industry, this position will require innovative thinking and a desire to constantly improve processes and output from the Centralized Operations team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support, develop and manage a team of Business Analysts responsible for supporting the operation with analysis of key business functions.Support centralized and regional key decision makers through development of new reporting packages, identifying and reporting on Key Performance Indicators, and build-out of new processes.Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs work flows and proceduresIdentifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situationsAggregate and validate data from multiple source systems to develop operational models and provide recommendations based on financial impact.Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenuesAssist in various efforts to improve the efficiency surrounding data collection and reporting.Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and concerns at the market-, property-, and portfolio-level.
