Qualifications

• Expertise with modern data stacks including Databricks, SQL, Azure, Power BI, and Python.
• Strong understanding of value‑based care analytics, risk adjustment, quality analytics (HEDIS), utilization management, finance, and claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable analytics solutions and BI dashboards using tools such as Databricks and Power BI.
• Mentor analysts and engineers, fostering technical excellence and a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with business units to identify analytical opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver insights.
