Shelter Insurance in Columbia, Missouri is seeking an Analytics Lead - Enterprise Data to guide a team of analytics professionals and harness Tableau to produce data-driven insights and compelling dashboards.

You will translate business questions into analytical approaches, oversee multiple projects, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform decisions with rigorous data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of analytics experience focused on data-driven insights.
• Strong leadership and people management in analytics teams.
• Advanced Tableau proficiency to create impactful reports and dashboards.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Understanding of statistics, data manipulation, and visualization principles.
• Experience with large and complex datasets and ETL processes.

Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.What You Will Be Doing:Responsible for leading a team of analytics professionals and leveraging Tableau expertise to drive data-driven insights and visualizations.
