AmTrust Financial Services is seeking an Analytics Lead to drive data-informed decisions across the organization. You will lead advanced analytics, partner with business and tech stakeholders, and develop scalable analytical solutions that improve underwriting, risk management, and operations.

The role requires 6+ years in analytics/BI. You will design dashboards, lead predictive modeling efforts, and ensure data governance in a hybrid or office-based setting in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data science roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to use data to identify business opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and influence company strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills; tell a story with data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of analytics initiatives, from discovery to delivery and measurement.
• Deep understanding of business drivers and tracking them via KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee dashboards, KPIs, and reports for leadership.
• Partner with underwriting, Finance, Operations to build a data-driven culture.
• Drive analytics initiatives including predictive modeling, segmentation, trend analysis, and automation.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Support enterprise-wide data initiatives including cloud analytics platforms and data warehouses.
• Establish best practices for analytics development, documentation, and QA.
