Job summary

TD Bank N.A. seeks an experienced analytics leader to develop and coordinate an analytical environment for its portfolios. You will manage a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists and provide consultative insights, business analytics, and expertise.

Lead strategy, governance, and execution of data and analytics across the U.S. wealth business, while managing risk and ensuring robust reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Significant experience in Credit Risk Management and modeling disciplines.
• Strong quantitative and statistical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in change management relating to new business processes.
• Industry analysis and presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, manages, and produces analytical environment for TD Bank N.A. portfolios
• Manage a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists
• Provide consultative support, business insights, advice and expertise
• Lead strategy, governance and execution of data and analytics across U.S. wealth business
• Manage risk of segments within TD Bank
• Prepare management reporting necessary for accurate measurement of risk factors
• Oversee business lines compliance/risk controls and evaluate risk mitigation efforts
