DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking Data Analytics Interns for Summer 2027. The program runs 11 weeks from May to August 2027 and is based on-site at our Tempe, AZ and Dallas, TX offices.

Interns will explore multiple analytics verticals, using SQL, Python, Tableau and Excel to uncover insights. Candidates should be pursuing a quantitative degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a quantitative degree with 3.5+ GPA and graduation between Dec 2027–May 2028.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel) preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with curiosity to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Brainstorm solutions and deliver creative data-driven ideas.
• Participate in all analytics lifecycle phases from design to presentation.

DriveTime Family of Brands is a highly data driven organization with several analytic departments. Our data analytics interns could support one of the following verticals: Credit Risk & Pricing Analytics, Loan Servicing Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Retail Analytics and SilverRock Analytics.A successful candidate should have knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau and Excel. Above all, the candidate should have a passion for uncovering actionable insights from data.The analytic interns will be responsible for things like:Conducting data analysis to generate meaningful insights from data setsBrainstorm ideas and provide creative solutions to challenges in data analysisParticipate in all phases of the analytic lifecycle, from research design, data collection and data processing to model building, deployment, and presentation of results.Innovate existing products and services while using technologies and data analysts to identify new opportunities to improve customer experience and profitability.Provide ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.So what are we looking for?Killer analytics and reporting abilities.
