Job summary

OneMain Financial seeks exceptional undergraduate or graduate students for a 10-week paid Analyst Internship Program (AIP) in Wilmington, DE, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will tackle a real-world consumer finance analytics use case and be paired with an early-career analyst for guidance.

You will receive coaching from managers and gain exposure to senior leaders in business and credit management as your solution is prepared for market deployment.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student actively enrolled in an analytics degree program (e.g., Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science) with an expected graduation date Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to data-driven problems.
