Job summary

Gartner is seeking a data-driven analyst for HR Technology / People Analytics in a hybrid setting near Irving, TX or Stamford CT. The role focuses on building metrics, guiding recruiting programs, and providing data-driven insights to partners across HR and business units.

Responsibilities include reporting enhancements, partnering with leaders, and delivering ad hoc analyses to support Gartner leadership in driving growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytical subjects or business preferred.
• 1-5+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance role.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into compelling, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead successful initiatives collaboratively across business functions and engage senior executives.
• Successful track record of superior service delivery in a global environment.
• Advanced Excel, PowerBI and presentation/meeting facilitation skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

About HR Technology / People Analytics:

The People Analytics team within Gartner derives actionable insights from workforce data to recommend and implement better ways of attracting, developing, and retaining Gartner associates to drive growth, higher sales, more productivity, and better client experiences. Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 87,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
