Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Covington, KY is seeking a Manager for Data Analytics and Insights within the Workplace Investing team. This individual contributor role focuses on applying deep data expertise to drive internal analytics initiatives and cross‑functional partnerships that enable data‑driven decisions.

You will lead analytics across WI programs, develop insights from large datasets, and communicate narratives with visuals using PowerBI or Tableau.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
Experience with SQL, Alteryx, SAS to create, manipulate and transform large datasets.
Experience in profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis, network and journey mapping, and campaign measurement.
Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools.
Experience interacting with cross functional partners and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative.
Financial industry experience is a plus.
