Job summary

RevSpring in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Implementation Consultant, Analytics to join the Solution Delivery team. You will lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing for RevSpring analytics products on client projects, collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

You will implement best practices, contribute to implementation collateral, and provide guidance on product functionality and customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements definition, solution design, configuration, and testing activities
• Provide project oversight/governance on selected implementations
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Implementation Specialists, Product Management, Support, Sales, and other Consultants
• Maintain a product-focused discipline and minimize unnecessary customization
• Configure RevSpring analytics products per best practices
• Keep stakeholders informed and align with Project Manager and Architects
• Create onboarding materials and process documents for onboarding clients
• Participate in transition meetings with Solution Support
• Maintain knowledge of RevSpring products and services
• Advise on product functionality and best practices
• Contribute to development of implementation assets
• Complete assigned certification training
