Thorlabs is seeking an Analytics Engineering Supervisor to partner with business and IT to define, govern, and deliver trusted analytics assets. The role leads semantic models, metric definitions, and analytical frameworks to ensure accuracy and scalability across the organization’s analytics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Experience designing semantic/analytical models (star schema, tabular, Power BI datasets).
• Strong experience defining and managing KPIs, metrics, and business logic across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and oversee enterprise semantic and analytical models with consistent metric definitions.
• Translate business questions into clearly defined KPIs, metrics, and frameworks for stakeholders.
• Own and govern enterprise metric definitions and ensure alignment across departments.
