Job summary

US Mobile is seeking an Analytics Engineer to bridge data analysis and data engineering, designing and refining data pipelines that power marketing, operations, and decision-making teams.

You will build scalable data models, optimize ETL/ELT processes, and create high-performance dashboards with Tableau or Looker, collaborating with engineering and business units. 4+ years in analytics/data engineering, strong SQL and Python, and startup experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and data models.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with BI dashboards using Tableau/Looker.
• Experience with Airflow and dbt in a startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering to design data structures enabling deeper analysis.
• Develop data pipelines with best practices for testing and documentation.
• Build dashboards with Tableau or Looker to provide insights from large datasets.
• Create and optimize data models to support self-serve analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence data-driven decisions.
