Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Analytics Engineer to bridge data engineering and analytics by building clean, tested, and documented data models. You will ensure analysts and data scientists have access to reliable, self-service data structures that drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering or related field.
• Proven data modeling skills with clean, tested data models.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Hands-on dbt experience to transform data and bridge engineering and analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data models using dbt to transform raw data into insights.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-performance processing in Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Apply software engineering practices to data transformation, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to streamline ingestion and with analysts to define key metrics and dimensions.
• Maintain and improve the data warehouse architecture for scalable reporting and analytics.

What You'll Do
