Job summary

Amadeus Search is hiring an Analytics Engineer for an on-site role in New York. You will design and maintain the data foundation, ensure decision-grade data availability, and own data transformations, dashboards, and analytics tooling.

You will build data models, manage pipelines, and standardize metrics while collaborating with product, ops, and leadership. Expect ownership, cross-functional impact, and a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an analytics engineer or data engineer in a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using modern data tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Airflow).
• Familiarity with GCP BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouses.

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 base + competitive equity

About the Role

A well-funded, mission-driven startup in the healthcare and life sciences space is hiring an Analytics Engineer to design and maintain the company’s data foundation. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll ensure that high-quality, decision-grade data is available across product, operations, growth, and leadership teams.

You’ll be responsible for modeling and transforming raw data, maintaining the analytics stack, and building dashboards that provide real-time insights into company performance. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position with significant autonomy and ownership.

What Will You Do

• Build and maintain core data models to support both internal analytics and external reporting

Compensation and Perks

• Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000
