Job summary

Orchard Analytics is seeking Analytics Engineers in NYC to own client relationships and deliver scalable data models and clear dashboards. You will turn raw data into actionable insights and act as a Head of Data for clients, guiding data strategy and tool selection.

We work with a modern stack (Looker/Omni, dbt, BigQuery, Fivetran, Cursor) and move quickly, shipping weekly. 2–4 years of analytics experience and strong SQL are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of analytics, BI, or data experience.
• Strong SQL with ability to write and debug complex queries.
• Experience building dashboards and presenting numbers to stakeholders.
• Willing to work with clients and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics relationships for clients and define data strategies.
• Run weekly syncs with marketing, finance, and ops.
• Build and maintain dbt models with clarity.
• Define core business metrics stakeholders trust.
• Create dashboards in Looker or Omni used by teams.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues at the source.
• Explore AI possibilities for client data interactions.
