Job summary

Mollie is seeking an Analytics Engineer in the Customer Insights team. You’ll build dbt models, feed dashboards, and turn data into actionable adoption and impact insights for Sales and Marketing stakeholders.

You'll work with SQL and dbt, connect dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Omni, and translate analytics into clear business answers. Collaboration with product and sales teams is central to shaping product adoption.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in SQL and working dbt experience.
• Experience with a BI or dashboard tool such as Omni, Looker, Tableau or similar.
• Data visualisation and data storytelling skills.
• Experience with GTM, Revenue Operations or Marketing is a big plus.
• Comfort working directly with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build the dbt models behind dashboards and turn data into clear, ongoing read on adoption, usage and impact.
• Create dashboards that stakeholders actually check, from underlying dbt models to visualization.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to track adoption and impact across Customer Insights products.
• Maintain and improve dashboards and tests to support data-driven decisions.
