Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing is partnering with a growing investment organization to hire an Analytics Engineer to join a small, highly visible data team in Fort Worth. You’ll span data engineering and analytics, from Databricks ingestion to modeling and delivering trusted data to business users via Power BI.

The role targets 3–5 years of experience, with hands-on Databricks, SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling, plus collaboration with non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid onsite in downtown Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics engineering or related data role.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong data modeling knowledge (dimensional models or semantic layers).
• Experience with Power BI or similar platforms.
• Exposure to PySpark, Delta Lake, Medallion architecture is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate with both engineering and analytics teams.
• Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ingestion and transformations in Databricks.
• Develop scalable data models and semantic layers for analytics.
• Work with SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.
• Transform data using PySpark, Delta Lake, Medallion architecture
• Prepare trusted datasets for downstream platforms like Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs.
• Improve analytics workflows with modern AI-enabled tools.
