Job summary

FiscalNote is seeking an Analytics Engineer in the United States to build and maintain dbt models using SQL and Jinja for analytics and dataops across finance, product, sales, and customer success. You will focus on data quality by adding tests, freshness checks, and constraints.

You are fluent in SQL with hands-on experience in dbt, data modeling, and data visualization. The role requires curiosity, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics engineering or a related technical role with strong data modeling skills.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and production experience with dbt.
• Strong dimensional modeling skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools and basic statistical analysis.
