Job summary

Banco Plata, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple seeks an Analytics Engineer to join our DWH team. You will translate business requirements into scalable data models, build ETL/ELT pipelines, and maintain data marts that power reporting and analytics across the bank.

You will work at the intersection of analytics and data engineering, collaborating with Product, Risk, and analysts. Strong SQL, dbt, and data modeling skills are essential, as is the ability to work in an international environment

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Analytics Engineer/DWH roles with data warehouses.
• Strong SQL, dbt, ETL/ELT experience.
• Experience in data modeling and building data marts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Good communication with analysts and engineers in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and ETL/ELT solutions.
• Analyze data sources to identify integration points.
• Design data models and data marts for domain teams.
• Build and maintain data transformations using SQL and dbt.
• Improve data flows for scalability and performance.
