Job summary

Perform Properties is seeking an Analytics Engineer to turn multi-source data into trusted datasets between Data Engineering and Analytics. You will own the transformation layer, building models, tests and documentation that feed reporting, BI and AI across Investments, Portfolio, Operations and Finance.

This role is based in-office, 5 days a week. You will collaborate with Finance, Ops and Investments, delivering curated data foundations and scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building data models and pipelines in analytics engineering, data engineering or BI roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT or equivalent.
• Experience with modern data warehouses: Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift.
• Cloud infrastructure experience: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with cloud-hosted visualization tools.
• Knowledge of dimensional modelling, medallion-layer design, Git/CI/CD for analytics.
• Ability to translate business questions into durable data models.

Responsibilities

• Build data transformation layers that deliver clean, stakeholder-ready information to our data warehouse.
• Shift measurement decisions to silver and gold data layers.
• Enable recurring, exploratory and self-service reporting for faster decisions.
• Ensure data quality via lineage, automated checks, and clear definitions.
• Support data governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Model AI usage with data outputs, balancing tooling with domain expertise.
