Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area is required.
• 1–3 years of analytics, data, BI, or related experience, including internships or projects.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) are expected.
• Experience building visualizations with Tableau or Power BI; Looker Studio is a plus.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and dbt-style transformations.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain data models and transformations (SQL, dbt-style) on a data warehouse.
• Document metric definitions in the semantic layer and build reliable datasets for self-service.
• Create dashboards/reports (Tableau and related tools) to answer business questions for stakeholders.
• Own data quality and monitor pipelines to ensure a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data teams to gather requirements.
• Support experimentation and analytics initiatives by developing datasets and metrics.
• Create and maintain documentation for models, datasets, and analytics workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve data architecture and self-service analytics.
