Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 1–3 years in analytics, data, BI, or related role.
• Working proficiency in SQL; Snowflake experience a plus.
• Experience building data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau preferred; Power BI / Looker Studio acceptable).
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and dbt-style transformations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop, test, and maintain data models and transformations (SQL, dbt-style) on the data warehouse under supervision.
• Implement and document metric definitions in the semantic layer; build well-organized datasets for self-service.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau and related tools) that translate data into clear answers for stakeholders.
• Own data quality for assigned domains; monitor pipelines and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Support experimentation and analytics initiatives by developing datasets and metrics for decision-making.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, metrics, datasets, and analytics workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve data architecture, reporting efficiency, and self-service analytics.
