Job summary

Chromalox is seeking an Analytics Engineer to expand data usage for driving business performance. You will build end-to-end data pipelines on Azure and develop Power BI reports for stakeholders across functions, regions, and units. The role sits within the global Data & Analytics team.

You’ll work with SQL, Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Fabric, delivering scalable BI solutions and data models with a strong emphasis on governance and collaboration. Eastern time zone is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and building data pipelines with Azure data engineering tech.
• Experience using Python and PySpark for data transformation.
• Git exposure and CI/CD or automated deployment practices.
• Strong Power BI capabilities including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Solid SQL skills for data validation, extraction, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of modern data architecture patterns and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and KPIs.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support data pipelines and BI solutions.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards and optimize performance.
• Translate requirements into BI specifications and data definitions.
• Support governance, documentation, and data quality initiatives.
• Assist with BI solution reviews and adoption across regions.
