Job description

Medality is seeking an experienced analytics professional passionate about leveraging high-quality data insights that drive measurable business outcomes. We believe in a culture of continuous improvement – "We Learn. We Grow" is one of our core values, and we're looking for a talented Analytics Engineer to help us live it!

As our Analytics Engineer, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, empowering teams across the company to make smarter, faster decisions. Think of it as being a detective, a translator, and a storyteller all rolled into one. You'll be the architect of our data narrative.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competency fused with astute business understanding to partner with all stakeholders from engineering to finance, colleagues and customers. You will lead a new function within a growing, dynamic team focused on improving healthcare outcomes by directly interfacing with other company leaders. We’ve experienced remarkable growth in the past 24 months and look forward to growing together!

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the Data Guru: You'll own the reliability and influence of the entire analytics lifecycle – from modeling, curating, and transforming datasets using your Python and SQL superpowers, to querying and analyzing data to uncover hidden gems.
  • Innovate Across Functions: Collaborate closely with leaders across revenue, content, sales, customer support, and product to discover business needs and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
  • Empower Our Users: Get to know our users through interviews, surveys and market research. Then design and build engaging, customer-facing data dashboards that motivate radiologists to continue learning and improving patient care.
  • Tell Compelling Stories: We're not just about numbers; we're about narratives. You'll craft compelling business narratives grounded in data insights that drive action and inspire change.
  • Shape the Future of Learning: Contribute directly to improving healthcare outcomes. We've already impacted over 40 million patients, and you'll be instrumental in helping us reach even more!
