Job summary

Milo & Mew is seeking an Analytics Engineer on the GTM team to build data products that power growth across marketing, sales, memberships, and clinic operations.

You will define metrics, create canonical datasets, and ship dashboards that reveal funnel performance and unit economics, while partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure data quality and meaningful insights.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI, or similar roles supporting GTM functions.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience designing reusable data models and semantic metric layers.
  • Experience with transformation and modeling workflows such as dbt (or equivalent).
  • Experience with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar.

We turn activity across marketing, sales, memberships, and clinic operations into reliable metrics, self-serve reporting, and decision-ready insights.We partner closely with Revenue, Marketing, Clinical Ops, Finance, and Product to define what good looks like and build trusted sources of truth that teams can actually use.

About the Role

As an Analytics Engineer on the GTM team, you will build the data products that power how Milo & Mew grows. You'll define and operationalize metrics, create canonical datasets, and ship dashboards that help teams understand funnel performance, unit economics, and clinic-level outcomes.This role blends analytics rigor with product thinking—clean definitions, durable models, and self-serve tools that reduce ad-hoc reporting chaos.

In this role, you will:
  • Embed with GTM partners to identify high-impact questions and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
  • Define, document, and operationalize key GTM metrics across marketing, sales, memberships, retention, and clinic performance
  • Build canonical datasets and metric layers that serve as the source of truth for reporting and decision-making
  • Develop dashboards and self-serve tools that help teams explore performance without constant analyst support
  • Create and maintain transformations that keep models accurate, tested, and easy to extend
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve event tracking and data quality across the customer journey
  • Run deep-dive analyses to inform pricing, acquisition strategy, conversion improvements, and expansion planning
  • Communicate insights clearly through concise narratives and decision-ready recommendations
  • Build and maintain core analytics foundations, including: tested, version-controlled data models, repeatable KPI definitions and documentation, dashboards that reflect true business logic, monitoring for data quality and freshness
