Job summary

Meduvi seeks an Analytics Engineer to enhance our analytics infrastructure and build the next wave of data products. The role collaborates across departments to deliver data solutions, from financial trend insights to HRIS data modeling, with a hybrid schedule offering 2 days onsite and 3 days remote weekly from Canton, MA or Midtown Manhattan.

You will build SQL views and procedures, own end-to-end projects, and work with engineering to guide data modeling decisions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in an Analytics-focused role developing data products.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, working with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using Excel to tell a story with data.
  • Ability to take a complex data project from beginning to end, including requirement gathering, development, quality assurance, and end-communication.
  • Collaborative team member who can work with engineers, analysts, business-users, and executives alike.
  • Experience with Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence software a plus.
  • Experience with Healthcare data a strong plus.

  • Own projects from beginning to end, including requirements gathering, QA, delivery, and communication
  • Collaborate with Business and Clinical Reporting teams to ensure seamless interpretation of reporting objects
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to guide in data modeling and implementation decisions
  • Address enhancements and bugs to existing reporting framework
  • Regularly provide project status updates to manager, proactively identifying blockers and possible resolutions

Reporting Mode: Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote per week from choice of office location either Canton, Massachusetts or Midtown Manhattan

The Analytics Engineer builds upon the existing Analytics infrastructure and develops the next wave of Analytics products for the business. The Analytics team services all departments across the organization building data products. One day you may be building a procedure that gives executive insight into the financial trends of the business. The next day, you may find yourself modeling HRIS data to best track the operations of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data product solutions
