Job Title : Analytics Enablement Manager
Job Description: The University of Phoenix, Inc. seeks an Analytics Enablement Manager based in Phoenix, AZ to lead business analytics and reporting requirements gathering .
In this business analytics/data scientist role, work with key subject matter expert business users to develop complex stored procedures, views, functions, and other database objects that will be used to build dashboards and other data solutions. Access data, construct, and manipulate large datasets to support planned analysis using SQL. Work with marketing enablement functions to ensure that all needed sources are integrated into our data lake to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Conduct effective exploratory data analysis (EDA). Identify the best model for given problems . Build Python scripts to source and transform data. Build ETL pipelines independently. Build, tune, and deploy machine learning/AI models. Communicate results to business leaders and technical audiences. Maintain team documentation, organization, and resources to ensure stability and scalability of the team. Implement, support data lakes, data warehouses and data applications on AWS at enterprise level. Build end-to-end data solutions ( ingest, storage , integration, processing, access) on AWS. Migrate data from APIs, traditional relational database systems, file systems, NAS shares to AWS relational databases such as Amazon RDS, Aurora, and Redshift. Design, develop, and maintain standardized metric reporting to define, create, automate, and maintain operational cyclical reporting. Plan and lead efforts to review and recommend improvements and subsequent development of reporting enhancements, including the creation of new reporting templates and analytical reports. Develop and maintain robust data frameworks to support business requirements, and design and implement scalable, efficient and real-time data processing. Utilize distributed computed principles to process and analyze large data sets, implement and maintain data pipelines for efficient data movement and transformation, and implement real-time data processing. Implement and enforce data quality checks and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability, and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements. Contribute with cross-functional teams to create interactive dashboards and monitor resource utilization to manage costs effectively and maintain high performance data capabilities. Position may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. five days per week . Annual salary: $102,510.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field plus 2 years of data science and analytics experience. Must have two years of experience with each of the following:
