Job Description

The University of Phoenix, Inc. seeks an Analytics Enablement Manager based in Phoenix, AZ to lead business analytics and reporting requirements gathering.

This role involves working with key business users to develop stored procedures, views, functions, and other database objects for dashboards and data solutions. You will access and manipulate large datasets using SQL, ensure data sources are integrated into our data lake, conduct exploratory data analysis, and build Python scripts for data sourcing and transformation. You will also build ETL pipelines, deploy machine learning/AI models, communicate results to stakeholders, and support data lakes, warehouses, and applications on AWS. Additionally, you will migrate data from various sources to AWS databases, develop standardized reports, and design scalable data frameworks. The role may be remote from anywhere in the U.S., with an annual salary of $102,510.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field, plus 2 years of data science and analytics experience. Must have two years of experience with:

• Python programming for data analysis
• SQL Server and advanced SQL scripting
• Developing and deploying machine learning models
• Data warehousing and ETL pipelines
• Cloud technologies
• Data visualization tools for reports and dashboards
