Job summary

RealTruck in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to develop and lead supply planning and inventory management processes across the network. You will analyze demand, capacity, and production requirements, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI dashboards, and continuous improvement of S&OP processes, with occasional travel and opportunities to influence planning strategies across value streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or similar analytical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain rough-cut capacity planning and network capacity analyses to identify constraints and align supply with demand.
• Support production planning and scheduling by analyzing production requirements, inventory positions, capacity constraints, and demand priorities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs (Schedule Adherence, OTD, Fill Rate, days of supply).
• Analyze planning rates, HPUs, and capacity to recommend updates.
• Create and maintain statistical inventory models to set target levels.
• Support inventory policies including safety stock, replenishment, and EOQ.
