Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, Finance, or Business Analytics.
3–5 years of professional experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI and SQL are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact with clients and executives.

Responsibilities

Analyze monthly accounts receivable and identify payer reimbursement trends.
Prepare detailed reports and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.
Create ad hoc reports with Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
Monitor reimbursement improvements and present results to management.
Support end-of-month revenue cycle presentations and quarterly reviews.
