Job summary

Polsinelli is seeking a seasoned Business Development & Marketing Specialist to support the Finance, Investment Strategies, and Real Estate practices. You will develop client relationships, drive market visibility, and assist in pursuit materials, events, and research.

In collaboration with senior marketing leadership and attorneys, you will analyze data, manage campaigns, and produce insights to inform strategy and growth across practice groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in legal or professional services.
• Experience in legal marketing and/or business development preferred.
• Experience with Finance/Investment/Real Estate practices encouraged.
• Strong data interpretation and communication for business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of practice groups, attorneys and markets to expand client relationships and brand awareness.
• Support development and execution of BD initiatives, events and activities.
• Leverage firm data for client targeting, segmentation and opportunity analysis.
• Create and maintain reports with insights on engagement, activity and results.
• Collaborate with knowledge and experience management to leverage pitches and credentials.
